High Temperature Vacuum Oven
Vacuum ovens are ideal for removing residual water, solvents or other volatile compounds from temperature-sensitive products. The principle of operation, essentially, is to remove unwanted molecules by lowering the pressure in the oven (creating a vacuum). When the oven pressure reaches the desired vapor pressure of the contaminants, these contaminant molecules evaporate, turn to vapor, and are removed from all areas of the product. This drying is accomplished without the use of excessive heat. This makes vacuum drying suitable for materials that become damaged or are changed if exposed to high temperatures. Vacuum drying also minimizes the risk of scaling and the formation of oxidation residues. Vacuum high temperature ovens are typically used for products that are not heat resistant and are temperature sensitive. This type of oven is widely used in semiconductor, MEMS, electronic area.

5.Through the auxiliary menu key, it can realize the operation of over-rise prevention question, deviation correction and key lock setting.
6.Vacuum control mode automatic control, reach the vacuum degree to stop vacuuming, below the lower limit automatically start, so that the cycle of work, constant temperature time is completed, stop working; manually unpressurized air or nitrogen filling.

What should be paid attention to when using the dry cabinet?
1. Please install the dry cabinet on a suitable level ground, make the center of gravity of the dry cabinet at the best position, and fix the rotating casters at the bottom of the cabinet to make the cabinet stable.
2. Please place the dry cabinet in a level place away from high temperature and direct sunlight, so as not to affect the working performance of the dry cabinet.
3. In order to make the dehumidifer smoothly exhaust moisture, please keep the back of the cabinet at least 10cm away from other objects (away from the air-conditioning inlet and outlet).
4. Don't put the dry cabinet in a damp or splashy place. The splashed water or dirt should be wiped clean with a soft cloth in time.
5. Keep the area around the dry cabinet clean. It is strictly forbidden to put inflammable and explosive dangerous goods and strong corrosive acids and alkalis.
6. Regularly check the indicator status of the control panel, the temperature and humidity indicator status,whether the screen display is clear, whether there is any defect, abnormal flashing or screen skipping, and the control buttons.
7. When the dry cabinet is used for the first time, it needs to run for 24 hours before putting the product in.
8. When the humidity reaches the set value and stabilizes, open the door for a few minutes to check whether the humidity display value rises in the cabinet.
What is the difference between the dry cabinet and the nitrogen cabinet?
The biggest difference is mainly in performance and functionality. In terms of performance, the physical dehumidification dry cabinet can be set to medium humidity, low humidity and ultra-low humidity according to storage requirements, and the ultra-low humidity capacity can also reach a relatively good state. But in terms of dehumidifying speed, it is far from being compared with the nitrogen cabinet. The nitrogen cabinet needs to be used in conjunction with nitrogen, and has the ability to quickly dehumidify. It can quickly drop humidity to below 2% RH. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to recover the set value after opening and closing the door, so that it is suitable for frequent door opening and closing occasions.
In terms of functionality, the physical dehumidification dry cabinet can still be used to continue dehumidifying after the power is cut off, and the humidity will not rise by more than 10% within 24 hours. The nitrogen cabinet mainly uses the humidity setting value to control the air intake, which can improve the cleanliness of the cabinet and has the effect of anti-oxidation.
Is the maintenance of the dry cabinet complicated?
GMS dry cabinet mainly adopts modular design, from small parts to large temperature and humidity display, control system and dehumidifier module, which can be quickly replaced. They are easy maintenance and repair, greatly improving maintenance efficiency. Maintenance of the dehumidifier movement needs to remove the four screws of the movement on the back of the dry cabinet, and install a new movement. Therefore, even if the dry cabinet fails, the maintenance is very convenient and simple.
